I got called out to a suspected Death Adder infestation (exact words) this weekend under some scrap roofing iron. Found these two not too happy at being disturbed and who can blame them.


Have to love the adaptability of nature.

Definitely starting to see more herps out and about now the weather is warming up a bit, not that it was a very cold winter. Very nice blueys!

Already starting to have a fair few reptiles brought into the clinic, has quite a few over the last two weeks, mostly eastern beardies, occ. bluey and a coastal. two HBC that unfortunately were too far gone.
 
Nice Death Tongues SC. Do the Groote mob think Burtons Legless Lizards spit on you and you die like most of the rest of Arnhem Land? (they usually call them moon snakes.)

Took a 3 hour comparative anatomy lesson to get these guys to hold this massive specimen in Ngukurr. Ha ha
