Incubator fans

Hey guys,
I'm looking into making an incubator out of an old fridge and I was wondering what fans people use in them to ensure equal temps.

I have heard of some people not using fans at all if you can completely cover all sides with heat cord. I am thinking about using this method as it is one less thing to go wrong but would like some experienced opinions about it.

I use this method. I have quite a large incubator, have covered all the walls with heat cord (except the doors) and the top and bottom shelves sit at the exact same temps as each other.

How do you wire comp fans in I thought they are 12v and have 4 pin plugs?

You would need a transformer like what you use for LED lighting.

You need to attach the fan to a compatible adaptor.
