Hello,

My Frillies have been busy and it looks like I will have some eggs being laid at some stage. I was wondering what people use in the nesting boxes ? Soil, sand, combinations of stuff. Looked a lot on the web and can't find a definitive answer.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I used red sand and kept it kinda moist with a little coconut

My females just laid 10 eggs each last weekend. I use a combination of 50% peat moss to 50% propagation sand.

Oh and spray and mix the medium daily.
