Anyone know what is this Spider in my room? is it venomous?

there, about the size of my palm not including the fingers. Really scary.
 
The legs identify this as a Huntsman Spider. The legs are very long and spread out indicating they are close to the substrate i.e. the spider has a flat posture. Secondly, the joints in the legs point forward or backwards, instead of vertically, giving the spider a crab-like appearance.

It looks like a male Brown Huntsman, Heteropoda cervina but I cannot be sure from that photo and the lack of a locality. It is only a young one.

huntsman was my first thought but it didnt look right to me hence my guess
 
there are a thousand different species of huntsman, in every colour and pattern. Not exactly sure on this one but the leg shape suggests a Heteropoda sp.

and this guy was found in my room indoor.
