High Calcium and Vitamin Foods to Feed to Bearded Dragons?

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know of any high calcium and vitamin foods to feed to bearded dragons (appart from supplements).

I feed mine pinkies every couple of weeks. And I guess mixing up your vegies and fruits woul be sufficient for vitamins.

Dandelion leaves contain more calcium than the equivalent weight of milk. Bearded also lve the flower heads, which als contain calcium. Both contain a variety of other minerals and are particularly good for these lizards. Bunnings had plants for sale not so long ago.
