My last snake passed away, she had mites, and I think she had RI.

She had a log that I really love, but it has been outisde for about 6 months and hasn't been used. If there was anything on it, it would be dead now right?

We have also had about 4 days in a row of over 40 degrees too

If u worried about it which most people r not.... Soak in bath with a brick on it for couple days then leave out to dry for a while.

I just had a look and it said they can live up to 40 days with or without feeding, so I think it will be fine.

Place it in a big black plastic bag and leave in the sun for a couple of days - the extreme heat generated will kill anything living in the wood.
