It depends on the snake. Some settle quickly others take a few weeks.

I'm always suspicious of people who give (weird) names to snakes...

Some of mine have weird names although I don't expect them to respond to those names. It is more a way to tell them apart. Others just have a code.

5 days MAY be enough for some snakes but definitely not all.
I have a couple that i have handled after a week & do so almost every day & they are very tolerant.
I have another though, my big Bredli girl, who took a good couple of months to start to settle down & is now able to be handled but with her it is handle when need be only.
