Hi all,

Just after some input from people outside NSW on the keeping of V.eremius.

Are there any complications keep and breeding the species?

I understand they are relatively rear in captivity as it appears they are not on license in VIC and WA, cant find any specific listings for SA and QLD or NT.

Any info appreciated.

Yeh sadly, like many animals that should be on license in Victoria, eremius are not on license in Victoria. Victoria is abustle BS at times :|

Could be worse, at least you don't live in WA. I feel for their limited selection.

They can be kept on a class 3 endorsement in SA. They are kept in captivity but you'd be really hard pressed to find them, let alone someone willing to sell any.

Hey mate I don't own any myself but I have a mate who does and get to look at them quite often. Pretty much keeps them like any other desert monitor, ackies, brevi etc. His have not bred but are only about a year old.
