Can you sex an older snake? Probably a silly question

Hey guys

Never got my snake sexed when he or she is was younger.
Can I do it myself or can I get someone to sex my snake.

It can be probed, best to get a vet or someone experienced to do it.

that is not really the case accurate sexing is relatively easy and very accurate with all aged snakes with one notable exception.

It's a serious question mate hey just be easy on the little fella lol

I find it to be more accurate probing older snakes. As hatchies, females can probe quite deep sometimes which can be easily confused with a male.

With some pythons it is fairly easy to identify the sex in older animals without probing.
