Hi guys,

How do amphibians heal?...they spend most of their life in water but rely on the sun for heat. As they are slow healers, do they speed the process by basking in the sun or laying in water? (particularly green tree frogs)

thanks heaps

Frogs heal very well and quite fast, some amphibians such as axolotl's can regrow missing limbs (whilst living submerged in cold water). Every species has different environmental requirements.
