Hi guys,
first off.. I'm sick of having issues with my microclimate thermos, given not a single habistat has had an issue yet I have had them the longest..
anyway already had one fuse go in one b1 thermo. Now i have two others that have recently gone- one just looks like the fuse is the offender (lights are off) but the other one the lights are both on 'power' and 'heat' yet no heat. Plugged the heat cord in with no thermo, and then a spare thermostat and it works, so it is the thermo at fault.
My actual question though- the instructions say tou need a 5x20mm 5A ceramic ultra fast fuse. Went to jaycar and they have 5x20mm 5A fast blow fuses... how different are they really? Given i had two thermos fail and only one spare i need the other one running, i bought 4 of the ones from jaycar but dont want to use them if it risks the thermostats.
These are the ones i mean.
