He was overseas for a couple of weeks, try them on Facebook. He checks in there pretty regularly. I've never had a problem myself so hopefully he'll come good.
I have had dramas with them in the past they responded pretty quick though when you write your complaint up on the their Facebook page. Obviously that was a last resort and it wasn't even them that contacted me it was another very reputable breeder who offered his assistance. The next day refund was in my account.
