Does Anyone Know How To Set This Thermostat/light Timer Combo?

I've been given a couple of these combination thermostats/timers, would like to use them if possible but I can't for the life of me work out the timer function on them for the UV lights. There's no useful model number anywhere, but does anyone recognise it? If so, do you have instuctions?

I'm assuming the double adaptor turns off when the temperature reaches your set temp (the lil remote thing that goes into a wall outlet)

There should be a probe of some sort to read the temperature,

Connect your heating items (che, mats etc,) into the double adaptor

Sorry, should've been more clear. I've got the thermostat portion working fine, but one of the outlets is on a timer for UV lighting, I can't work out how to set times on it though.
