hi all im just asking if its safe to use this brand of Peat and if its safe in general to use for my collection

Should be okay as long as there is no fertiliser in it
 
Yes. As long as it doesn't have any fertilizers it's fine. This is the main bedding I use for most of my animals.

We've used that brand, but like I said make sure it is straight coir peat. And you only need a small amount, as it makes a lot.
 
I am 99% sure that one is good, read the fine print on the back.

I like mixing with other substrates to give an awesome enclosure appearance.
 
I use it to mix in with critters crumble for the herps, and with my snails for substrate.
Been doing this over a year with that particular block, and have had no issues :)

1 brick makes enough to fill a 12 litre bucket when soaked properly.

I reckon we got more than that last time. I did the tanks, as well as dug some into the veggie garden.
