Snake to the garden public place

Just curiousity if one of you guys taking snake sometimes to park/garden with green grass in public place for sun bathing?
Thinking to bring snake in garden maybe just put the snake in basket/ tub with holes just for sun bathing while we doing picnic in public place.
Is this legal? We dont show the snake to people just just for sun bathing purpose

Most likely against your license conditions.

In SA they are only able to be transferred between homes and the vet. Anything else is illegal without an exhibitor license.

I believe this is the same in most states.


People have ran into trouble before from the attention they've received doing this

If you are in Australia its illegal without the appropriate permit which will cost you a small fortune.

Thanks guys,thats what i thought is ilegal to take it to garden public place even is not many people,but maybe cctv camera can catch the moving snake.
