Saw this earlier today but you beat me to it.
This is the best set up heat rocks I have ever seen. Should be made a sticky for all the new keepers to note before they waste their money.

In case you haven't read any of the hundred bad reports on these defective things;the only heat rocks you should use are real rocks under a heat lamp

You can’t accurate monitor a heat rocks heat due to how and what they’re made from

Much rather an overhead heat source heating a natural rock below to be honest.

A fake rock with a lead coming out of it just doesn't cut the mustard.
