is this safe? (timer + thermostat + powerboard)

ran into a problem trying to set my new timer up... its too big for a partner on the powerpoint..

signature paint skills, if you cant under stand it: powerpoint (on wall) to a timer which connects to a power board, which will connect my CHE in one tank, and a thermostat which is connected to a heat mat on the other.

have you tried the slimline timers? they only take 1 space on the power board/point rather than the 2 spaces needed for the old timers.
Plus they come in analogue as well as digital now.
The only complaint I have is the slimline timers don't have a long life span

The powerboard and the timers should show their power ratings. As long as your heaters aren't more than that, it's fine. Alternatively, you could plug the powerboard into the wall and plug the timers into it. You'll lose up to two of the spaces on the board but you will be able to use both timers, if that's what you really want
