Is this a diamond or not

Hello guys and gals.
I'm new to the the snake world and I got this little guy around 2 months ago and when I got him I was told he was a diamond. He doesn't seem to have the patterns of the typical diamond. What do you guys and gals think?

Is it a diamond? Yes.

Is it 100% diamond? No one knows unless we can see the parents.

Pure Diamond pythons come in all sorts of crazy patterns from no white marks to no yellow to 100% yellow to half yellow Half no yellow to something like this
Which is known as a “stardust” in america



And these are your normal everyday pythons






As far as I’m aware they start colouring up at around 9months onwards

It looks like a typical Diamond. They change in appearance a lot as they grow. They never hatch out looking like an adult Diamond Yours will no doubt grow up to look like what you're expecting

Young Diamonds looks absolutely nothing like adult Diamonds.
If he was sold to you as a pure Diamond from a reputable source, I’d expect him to be pure Diamond.
