My BHP has large lump

My BHP has a large lump in his abdomen, he has not eaten for just over a week, the lump was noticed yesterday morning an appeared suddenly. I first thought he ate something but that's not possible. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have been trying to upload a photo but it keeps saying file is too large for the server.

Any lump never sounds good but there are those that are better than others.
Only option is a vet so a sample can be taken so you understand your options.

Even then though there are no guarantees. I took a make to the vet 3 years ago who had developped a lump very quickly. Initial tests showed the lump to be benign but once he was opened up it was clear that the lump wasn't the problem, it was just a symptom of a rather agressive cancer.
