Indoor or outdoor enclosures? Unless it's a coastal beardie the humidity made by and required for most plants isn't really conductive to keeping semi arid species.

I have some enclosure pics in my profile album of long-term planted enclosures that have housed various tropical species, geckoes, angle heads, tarantulas and dwarf tree frogs etc and after 20 years I still haven't found a shortcut to keeping it looking nice other than investing a lot of time.
Fake ones.
∆∆∆∆This is your best bet for the species mentioned

There's a reason people don't keep live plants and Beardies together in indoor enclosures. Actually, several reasons. There are basically no plants which will live in the conditions of their enclosures. If you have a very large enclosure which allows for a range of microhabitats within it, and you wanted to invest in specialist lighting, and you want to deal with the various issues you'll run into, you could grow some ugly arid zone plants. For anything else you would need a huge enclosure which would allow very different conditions in different parts of the enclosure so the plants could have one area and the reptiles another.

One of the main issues with anything other than arid zone plants is that moist soil in an enclosed space causes high humidity (not to mention it attracts insects, bacteria, etc). For this reason it's difficult to keep live plants with anything other than rainforest or riparian specialist reptiles. To keep reptiles and plants together (with a few exceptions such as, say, Water Skinks), requires a very skilled keeper, and if you're sufficiently skilled and must keep plants and reptiles together you might as well go for something like Chondros.

Keep in mind also that in an enclosed space your reptiles will repeatedly climb on the plants and break them. Something small like Water Skinks can be okay with larger, sturdy plants. Or you might like to try frogs, which will happily thrive in the humidity.

Live plants are hard to take care of in an confines space and can or will cause unwanted side effects in your enclosure..

If you REALLY want live plants, try some that don’t require lots of water like desert plants , but you will need a deep substrate

Fake plants look just as good and don’t die
