Monitor Growths? HELP ASAP

Since I have gotten my baby mangrove monitor, I was extremely worried about him the first few days, but he perked up- swimming, eating, very active, etc. Despite this, he just finished shedding and he appears to have growths?? I have no idea what they are and it's not affecting his behavior or eating habits- but can someone please advise me what this is?? I have tried to circle what I mean in these photos.

Potentially abscesses? If they were just on joints I might lean towards uric acid buildup (gout) but either way I’d be booking it in to a good reptile vet. What state are you in and where did you get the animal from?

New Jersey!! And I got him from a reptile expo in white plains, New York (this expo with the same vendors comes there every few months)
