Would this be suitable for a hatchling rack? If I grabbed smaller tubs for the beginnign

Long lasting plywood construction. Each of the 11 shelves contains a heat mat on the rear of each shelf that allows the included plastic tubs to slide in and out easily without a need for a lid. Four separate zones all controlled by one thermostat that works very well.
Rack measures 1700mm high, 920mm wide and 600mm deep
Approximately 18 tubs measuring 560mm long, 400mm wide and 137mm high and 6 tubs measuring 395mm long, 270mm wide and 137 high.
The rack system holds between 22 and up to 24 tubs depending on which ones are utilised (included).

Any shelving would do, an old storage rack or 2nd hand book shelf. Sticky tape heat cord to it. Sit your 5l tubs with lids on top.

i would put a center support on the front of the racks to maintain the shelf spacing ,particularly for small snakes. the ply looks like only 10mm and will sag with the weight of snakes tubs water etc so the snakes will try to escape out the top of the tubs and get stack and die. for hatchling you want only a millimeter clearance on top of the tub.
