Egg mold? Should I be worried?

do I just leave it? It’s nice and plump and veiny inside

I wouldn't worry about it yet just keep an eye on it. If it gets really bad I would attempt to remove it but if your inexperienced it can be difficult. Their are treatments for mold but I have never tried any so can't offer any advice in that respect.
