Eastern long neck turtle

Hey everyone, I have an Eastern lng neck turtle. I think it may be a boy. Have had him for 10 or so years but he has just started doing this thing where he will open his mouth fully and it sometimes makes a clicking sound. Does anyone know what this may be?
