HOW TO CHANGE LICENSE

Hey all, I have the companion keepers license... but I want to change to class 1 native animal keepers license... does anyone know the best way to go about this, I’ve been told to go online but online they said changes can not be done and that I need to call it, but once I call in they say go online too. Any one have any ideas?
I’m in NSW btw x x

This happened at the Penrith expo, someone who wanted to buy a dragon from me only had a companion license but already owned 1 reptile.
I don't know which page they tickled but they did do it online and got a real license (R1) on the spot
