Hi All
Do many people use meal worms to feed their lizards,
they are easy to breed and maintain so I was thinking of re-starting a colony.
The biggest problem I had with them was seperating them from the bran for feeding,
does anyone have an efficient way of getting them out of the bran?
Cheers

I feel most of my dragons mealworms but only occationally. Mealworms arte not a healthy diet to be fed to lizards ful time as they are mostly hard shell and do not contain many neutrients.

I find that I usually have small piles of mealworms in the corners of the containers probably because they are over crowded but I can just scoop them off the top.

Hey Ad
I usually set them up in a mix of bran and pollard. Get a plastic sieve from the bargain shop with holes in the sides and bottom, fill with veges and when you want them just remove veges and shake then you are feeding only the gut loaded ones.
