Yea Alex,
It is hard cus I dont really know any1 that keep Elapids.
I expected to have troubles finding references,that is why I hadn't bothered trying earlier.

Do they need to have elapids or can it just be someone with a class 2 ?

MM has a class 2 licence? I thought you had to be 18 for one of those?
