Its an email i received from cyber_crimes(John) regarding my post on Brendan spencer,

Whatever Brendan does or says is his business and has nothing to do
with me.
It was me that had the bullshit messages deleted from that texas snake
site
including the comments made about you and you go yet again and drag my
name
into bullshit. No probs steve it is obvious you CAN NOT get over me or
your
childish games in trying to discredit me, therfore I will now play
these
games with you. Expect alot of distasteful posts all over the web in
the
future along with contact details and your fathers address. It would be
too
hard to just cut the **** out and ignore each other hey. I am sick &
tired
of you and the other few dickheads continually causing ****. I feel
sorry
for any and all that are stupid enough to attend any APS meeting that
is
advertised publically because I am telling you blood will spill. Either
delete your petty post mentioning my name and give up your bullshit
remarks
about me or let the games begin. Either way I am not fussed. I know I
can
grab alot more attention publkically then you could, but if that is the

As you can see he is threatening to pretend to be me on other sites by using my contact details (of which i assume he means my email adress)and my fathers adress which is blacktown in sydney, i`m a member of Pauls site(australian Tropical Reptiles) and this one so if you see any posts made by a name the same or similar to mine i would ask that you please pm the place where you saw it, and i will then get in touch with the appropiate admin of the site to remove the thread and ban him.

You may well say i could avert this by asking admin to remove my comments, i`m afraid i cant do that as i feel my comments were made justly and as far as i could tell hardly offensive with all the crap ive had to deal with from him, and with his current threat it also leads me to beleive he is the culprit in quite a few other schemes where the same methods were used (namely, iluvs being dobbed into RSPCA etc). Once again if you see my name anywhere else please let me know and i`ll deal with it.

It might be worthwhile getting legal advice. You can have an restraining order taken out against him also.

This is my favourite part, what a turbulant time we live in, funnily enough a threat like this according to the new laws passed, actually constitutes a terrorist threat against australians on australian soil, so forget the 10 year prison term, looking more towards the 15-20.

I think he would be well advised to make a public apology and retract any statements that could be construed to imply any form of terrorisim.

I can understand where STP is coming from and where John is comming from. I dont think its fair to post it on this site STP, I dont know exactly what he did nor do I care but it is totally innappropiate to slander someone (even if in your opinion they deserve it) publically.
I know what it feels like to be on both sides, having been slandered several times and also publically slandering a previous member of this site. It's just best to get over it I think. AT least I have an excuse I was only 15 at the time.. you guys are in your twenty's...c'mon

Well all I can say is that if someone was to ever threaten me or members of my family or even my friends I can promise you that they wouldn't have to wonder what I would do.. I would invest all my spare time into finding them and dealing with them in the appropriate way. (that's me though) for STP if you feel that strongly about it you should be not playing games but instead you should contact the authorities and let them deal with it. Problem solved??? good luck. To C_C I don't know you nor care to know the details but I believe that YOU crossed way over the line when you made obvious threats towards family members and as I read it? ANY person attending the APS meeting. So you know I would make a special trip down there to see what you intend to do? erm, brodie and M&M, as far as i can tell i havent said anything bad about john, nor impersonated him on any other site. the only reference i have made refering to him in the past 3 months is the cyber-whats-his-face remark. If you truly beleive that i deserve to have all my details posted on other sites with my dads address then feel free not to pm me whenever he decides to do it.

i posted the email because i know that with the amount of members here nearly every herp site in the world has one of us as a member, so i could then tell if my name appears anywhere else with my details on it...

The character we address as CC is by my opinion extremely bad person. I am judging this by his continues threatening of other members. He did this to David just recently, and I think that he is not socialy fit to be member in any public forum. He is not welcome here on APS ewer. We deleted his account repeatedly and he is constantly pushing him self to our site under different nicknames.
I am thinking to take legal action against him for his threatening posts to our members.
I personally do not read his e-mails addressed to me, when I see that e-mail is from him, I delete it instantly.
He is bad person and I have no time to read his rubbish.

As I am no longer apart of your so called community and am no longer contributing anything concerning APS I would appreciate if you back stabbing dogs would stop mentioning my name,nickname etc within the community or within the mod forums.I am no longer a member there of the forums or of the chatroom so there should be no reason to mention me at all.If yous have information coming from mod forum into the hands of other members than that is your problem not mine and I DO NOT appreciate being accused of doing so.Check chatroom transcripts where it was stated ip traffic was sourced regarding me having contact with jeremy etc.BULLpoo,I have contact with jeremy via MSN so it CANNOT be tracked in regards to APS,If you can track traffic then I advise you to do so to the domains main server ip,perhaps that may show the source of access into the server itself lol.IMO The owners of the site should be more choosy when picking moderators as perhaps maybe 1 of them is giving the information out OR maybe the domains main server has been hacked and somebody has access to the entire site including the ability to modify edit or delete whatever they want.(cyber crimes is an ongoing re-occurrence within the internet these days,many big companys go bust after an elite haxor plays games with servers ip.There is even cases a haxor could delete the site and format it to show gay porn hahaha lol).Wow that would deffinately not be good for APS.Just a suggestion as it could be possible .Anyways as I have said I have no part of APS and hereby have no attachment to your community of 2 faced back stabbing f***witt members (majority).So with that said leave me out of your convos.IF you's do need to say something regarding myself you may speak up on the 10th AUG face to face and we can sort any problems out formally.I would also appreciate those that have some pretty nasty words to say about me in the mod forum to do the same and say it to my face on the 10th,Dont be 2 faced and speak behind backs do it to my face.Yes we all know who said what if you would like I could email back transcripts from mod forum.

I never hacked into MSA and I never once said I had.I had mentioned I had got the reg key but I am not silly enough to ever admit when or how if it was illegal.I wouldnt be foolish enough to give an admittance to anything illegal that actually took place.(And again I didnt say how I got it) So before making accusations against me I think you should have hard evidential facts first.And you may also post this into forum and clean up the accusation you made in regards to me hacking MSA.That is defamation of character as well as wrongfully accuse.I am fed up with the accusations going around APS mod forums.The lot of you mods should get hard evidence before mentioning my name again.labelling me and making accusations against me on assumptions and guesses is not substantial facts and therfore remain lies.AND I will give APS more trouble then they give me if this is the case and it continues.
