Parko!.... Dad! Its been a while mate :) .

So, any of you other Blue Mountain folk ever go snaking? There are plenty of species in this place we call home.

Nephrurus, a good friend of mine lives just at Silverdale. Photographed a lot of animals out your way before!
 
I think i know who you are talking about... Does he have a website with lots of photos of elapids of the sydney region?

I go herping about the place, but i've been meaning to check out the walk from Silverdale to Nortons Basin, then out to Mulgoa (near my place).

I do a fair bit of bush walking Austrelaps, not looking for herps really but I do come across a few, there,s definately no shortage of great walks up here :)
