Need some info on paralysis ticks, how far up to or over the great divide can they survive? You'd think here has to be a specific temp / humidity cut off point but i can't find any reference to it.
 
i can promise you its alot higher than any where in nsw sean asd well we get ticks all the way to cape york
 
Oo Oo!! I didn't a uni report on the paralysis tick last year.. I'll dig it up for ya!

Do a google search for Ixodes holocyclus distribution. I reckon you'll get a few photos in a google images search too.
 
Depends what you mean by great divide... They are found at fairly high altitude and low temps if thats what you mean(unless im mixed up with another species).
