hypsilurus spinipes

i have almost finished the construction of my second tank 1m wide 60 cm deep and 1.5 m tall, it was designed with arborial snakes in mind, but as my mother has a no snake policy, does anyone have any advice for a lizard of any sort suitable for this tank? Cheers Nick
