Found this little critter on a road today. I think it is a legless lizard or snake lizard of some kind, but not 100% certain. Does anyone know what type it is? Thanks in advance for any help.

just wondering what vic keepers put these down as on there licence? i have been told they do not go under the common name of burtons legless lizards in the book and i have lost my schedual.

Does anyone have any legal Burton's? The only legal ones i have ever come across were research permit ones. I suspect that due to their difficult husbandry requirements that they are very uncommon within the hobby (due to being picky eaters etc) but just want to gauge their availability. Thanx
