Between Christmas and New Years Eve i was camped at Cumberland River near Lorne, and while on a few bushwalks stumbled across a brightly colored Tiger Snake about 1m - 1.2m long who was sunning himself on the walking track, a copperhead about 1.6-1.8m long (he was a quick mover! so effortlessly and quickly he slithered into the scrub!) a few blue tounges, and heaps of small brown coloured skinks. Really worth a visit, see some reps in their natural habitats!
