admin/mod help please

hey guys i payed for a power seller account last week and aussie pythons sent me a new log in???
can someone please fix it up so my account is working and i can post in the forsale section.

I believe only admin can sort this for you. I would suggest that you lodge a ticket through the Support Centre.
