Location
Timbucktoo, WA
Today at my boyfriends work there was a small (15-20cm) very VERY thin snake w/ a black head and tigar like strips. I tried to find out if there was a dorsal stripe or not and whether the stripes were alighned or not. So far the best I can get is small black head and stripes lol he called it a black headed tiger snake and I am trying not to laugh

Sorry meant to ask anything else south of the river in WA area w/ a black head like that + are BHP's on coast?? trying to not give exact location coz I know what they are worth

I would say Hatchling Dugite P.affinis if its South of the river. The banded morphs are common and can be well marked when hatchlings and they are everywhere at the moment. It could be Western Brown but the Dugite is the more common of the two given the location.
