Hey all, recently a whole lot of ants have moved into my bredli snake's enclosure.. :(
I emptied the entire thing and cleaned it out but they're still there (hiding in the walls I guess while I was cleaning)…
Has anyone else had this problem?
Is there anything I can use to get rid of the ants that won't hurt my snake?
Cheers

You could bug bomb the room if you are having issues. Obviously the python and its water bowl would have to be removed for a few hours.

Get a drinking straw and put some ant rid in it and put the straw along the edge closest to the ants and then cover with the substrate, i had the same problem with those horrible little black ants trying to get to the water in my big girls enclosure, the ant rid fixed it. :) .....................................Ron

Use top of descent mite spray. Doesn't harm your reptiles and kills all bugs. I've never had mites but I keep several cans on hand for killing ants, cockroaches etc in the rep room

I have Ants in my enclosure also. Stimsoni to be exact.

Ba-dum-tish! (sorry couldn't resist)
