Hello all,

This is a bit of a late post, but the next workshop in the UQ herpetological society seminar and workshop series will be on Wednesday the 30th of August. For this event we have Scott Eipper coming in to run an identification workshop for the snakes of South East Queensland. With the herping season just around the corner now is the perfect time to brush up on your identification skills.

If you've ever wanted to learn how to identify snakes safely this event is perfect for you!

As with our other events it will be held at the St Lucia campus of the University of Queensland in room 3.146 of the Queensland bioscience precinct with the event kicking off at 7:30 PM.

While this is a member's only event, there will be a table at the front for new members to sign up. The society is open to anyone who has an interest or passion for herps and is only $5 to join. Membership comes with a bunch of perks including access to all of our seminars and workshops for FREE along with invitations to all of our society herping trips and social events.

For more information see the poster below. Also feel free to message me with any questions or visit our website for more information about the society and some of the herp trips we have organised for later this year.
