BHP sexing?

we just recently obtained a yearling or a bit over a year BHP from a petstore at finepets in Victoria,
Store owner didn’t know the sex of the snake

What are people’s opinion with these photos as a visual sexing?

Impossible to tell without probing, anyone who says male or female is guessing ... I could say female due to lack of spurs, but totally a guess because not all males have spurs

What’s up with it’s tail? Looks like it’s lost the tip and has kinks in it?
