Hey guys & girls

When I brought my first snake years and years ago, I got given a bag with its first shed and a card board “birth certificate”.

It had details on it such as, date they were laid and when they hatched.. the weight & sex of the reptile, when it shed, ate and was handled.

My question is, do you peeps supply these sorts of things or do you simply take licence details and names ?

Curious to know if I’m going over board or am I on the right track..
Are these things you would personally like to know about your future baby or do you just take their word for it ?

most good breeders supply details like this, some even have records of every defecation as well as feed and shed and weights. I don't go quite that far but supply info on hatch dates, feeds ,sheds and occasional weigh ins

as a first time breeder, im going to be providing individual info sheet + a "starter kit" (if they need one (minus the heat mat/ thermostat) + temps i used

that will be basically what i keep them in in the rack with a lid on it

seems like the least i can do..
