Blue Mangrove Monitors - who breeds them?

Ok, I have decided these are the monitors I want to keep. So, who breeds them or keeps them. How easy/hard is their upkeep, what do they need in regards to tank, heating etc, how big an enclosure, personality, adult size. I have read up on them a bit and checked out a few care sheets but would like it straight from the horses mouth. Also, what do hatchies go for and when will there be some.

Yep, they are the ones, I have Marks number and might see if he is still breeding them, or maybe wait until the expo. Still would like to here peoples experiences with them and setup info though. They are amazing looking monitors and I am a sucker for anything that likes water, funny as I am not that fond of water myself being unable to swim, haha.
