Just wondering how much I should be feeding before brumation?
Currently both female and male are getting 350~G rats monthly (female every 3 weeks, male every 4) leaves a very nice bulge in both of them.
Should I increase it during April/May to fortnightly (obviously stopping during the brum season)?

No, not unless they're underweight and you're trying to put some condition on them before they stop feeding. If they're getting that feeding regime they're probably already a little heavier than ideal.
