Bredli skin condition

Hey guys...so my Bredli has had a slight bit of scale rot.. Not that serious, I've kept my eye on it.

it all started in May last year I went away for 5 weeks and my little brother (25) didn't quite keep up the care that I would have even though I told him what to do.

anyway I've mostly gotten rid of it but this same white patch won't go away. Ill upload a pic tomorrow because iPhones are retarded

U sure it's not a burn, burnt scales won't regain the colour
