Heading up to Brisbane next week and would like to know where the best places to see the local reptiles and frogs are? Really just after seeing some wild coastal carpets and tree frogs but anything interesting will do, so anyone that can give me the inside track would be appreciated.

Springbrook national park down near the Gold Coast is really good but it you are after somewhere closer to Brisbane there is heaps in Daisy Hill State Forest or Brisbane State forest.

Heading up to the Glasshouse Mountains firstly, seems like prime SE QLD habitat. Anywhere in suburban Brisbane that's great for frogs?

ponds a Karawatha are good. there are about 20 sp of amphibians recorded there...you need the rain

Mt Glorious was really good when I went to Brissy about 2 weeks back.
Plenty of stuff there.
