Hi all,
What type of wood should I buy from Bunnings so it's non toxic for Spotted Pythons

Most plywood, or any melamine is fine. Depends on the look you are after. And you need to seal any plywood, or the joins of any melamine.

All depends on the final product that you would like. Any wood is fine to use as long as it's sealed before the animal enters. Melamine is generally most commonly used as it looks good, is pre-sealed except for joints and relatively cheap to purchase. Any unsealed wood such as ply or pine will require a coating of water sealant such as water based polyurethane.
