URS had 7 or so GTPs available a while back, most were hatchies... For about 700. One yearling left last time I looked. For 1200.

I wouldn't mind a GTP one day too. But I'm going to wait a year or two and get some other Pythons first to build up some experience. Best way to go,

I recommend that those new to GTP's, without a lot of experience (like the O.P), get a very well established animal, preferably at least a yearling. Neonates and young juveniles are very delicate animals and are best kept by experienced keepers only imo.
