or can you only get them in other states if you could tell me that would be great cheers;)
 
depressa are endemic to WA, there are two distinct populations. The ones on Youtube are from the northern population and are the least common in captivity. Im not sure whether you are allowed to keep them in WA, best ask licensing.

There are two species of Spiney-tailed Skink in WA, Egernia depressa and Egernia stokesii, neither of them may be kept in that state, or taken from the wild.
