I've had my children's python for just over a month now and he's always been a breeze to feed, and overall a very calm snake even when I unintentionally handled him whilst in shed; but for the past two weeks he has been refusing to eat and showing no interest in the mouse at all. Upon pulling him out today to check up on him I did notice that his eyes had gone milky so he's due to shed. My question is how long should I wait to feed him again if he is just gone off his food due to shedding. He didn't have an issue last time he shed with feeding and I'm just wanting some advice. For context he's 2 years old

Hi PyoJade
I would try feeding a day or 2 after he sheds. My carpets will usualy refuse food while in pre shed , so i always wait a day or 2 .
Good luck.
