do i need lights

Hey all

I live in darwin and wanted to know if i need to use lights
for my md in the enclosure.
The day time temp here is around 30 and the nights around 17/18.
Some feed back would ne good.

do you mean heat lights or just normal light

I don't think so, with temperatures like that I don't think you really need a heat source at all, your main problem will be trying to have a cool end in the tank.

You dont need any lights.....
But i have a uv tube on for 11hrs a day and a 25w infared that comes on at night so i can see the little champion roam his cage and so on.....
Up to you really!!
But those temps are great i wouldnt be concerned about heating like Rennie said........ :lol:

i would have a heat light if your enclosure is inside and your have an air conditioned house
