Hi all i am looking at purchasing a large glass swing door for my newest addition (was aiming at moving him in there around summer). Ive noticed the one im looking at has small gaps around the black plastic clips that hold the lid on. Anyone got ideas to cover them from the outside? 1st thought was tape but thats out because too risky that my snake will be able to touch it. I really like the look and price of this set up (2nd hand) but yeah im not sure because the clip gaps freak me out. I could just wait till he is too big to fit out them but would like 2 see him in there sooner. Has anyone used these and found the gaps a problem?
    Thanks in advance :)

I know the gap you're talking about.
I've used a dob of blu-tac on the outside & also juz jammed a wedge of card board also.
And honestly with the blu-tac, there's never enough used to be a safety concern.
