Feeding caterpillars to frogs

Hi All,

Any one know what these caterpillars are and if they are safe to feed to frogs?

Have had a look at other posts on here and none talk about this caterpillar.

I have literally pulled about 20 of my mint plant just this mornin.

They look the ones my pop used to get on his homegrown lettuce. Not hairy non toxic, they'll be fine.
